IT SAP EHS Functional Analyst Expert

Job Description

Thinking Minds' client is seeking an IT SAP EH&S Functional Analyst Expert to enhance their Health and Safety functions using SAP solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead SAP EH&S implementations, provide consulting, and design end-to-end solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of SAP EH&S modules while integrating them into larger enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation for SAP EH&S, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Act as a functional lead on projects, managing deliverables and providing technical oversight.
• Analyze complex business processes, design "To-Be" systems, and bridge identified gaps.
• Create detailed documentation, including requirements, process flows, functional specs, and test plans.
• Develop and support SAP RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) module configuration and design.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EHS cloud solutions, and SAP integrations.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and SAP Activate.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to map business processes effectively.
• Desirable certifications in SAP EH&S and understanding of related modules (EAM, FICO, HCM).
