SAP Functional Analyst – PP/MM

Job Description

Thinking Minds' client is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst â PP/MM to play a critical role in their Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within SAP ECC. This position focuses on enhancing and aligning SAP PP/MM functionalities with business objectives, ensuring seamless operations and integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to identify and implement SAP solutions aligning with strategic goals.
• Analyze and document business requirements, propose solutions, and manage risk-benefit assessments.
• Lead configuration of SAP PP/MM modules, with a focus on modules such as SOP, MRP, MPS, Demand Management, and Inventory Management.
• Set and execute testing strategies, including end-to-end integration and validation.
• Support system enhancements, manage incidents, and recommend fixes for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP PP/MM modules, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Expertise in Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and integration with other SAP modules like APO, WM, QM.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC, S/4 exposure, and advanced knowledge of Production Orders, MRP, and Scheduling.
• Familiarity with EDI/IDOC processing, SolMan - ChaRM, and debugging in SAP.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical and business solutions effectively.
