SAP S/4HANA Specialist

Job Description

Thinking Minds Inc. is assisting its client in their search for a SAP S/4HANA Specialist to join a rapidly growing SAP Centre of Excellence. This role is instrumental in supporting the client's ongoing transformation to SAP S/4HANA Rise Cloud. As part of one of the largest SAP hubs in North America, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in Supply Chain and Procurement technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support: Maintain and support existing SAP applications, including SAP ECC 6.0, SAP Ariba Suite, and S/4HANA.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend improvements, and design sustainable solutions.
• Integration Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge in Source-to-Pay processes and integration with other SAP modules such as PM, PP, QM, FICO, Basis, and Security.
• Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Invoice Management, and ECC or S/4 integration.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between technical teams, functional experts, and business users to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP operations support and project delivery experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on SAP Ariba implementation and maintenance experience.
• Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with ABAP, LSMW, and reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud is an asset.
