Sr SAP Demand to Supply Analyst - SAP PP IM QM

Job Description

Thinking Minds Inc.'s client is seeking a highly skilled SAP Demand to Supply Consultant to join their Global IT SAP Platform Team. This position involves end-to-end responsibilities in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to support demand, production, and warehouse operations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and ensuring the implementation of best practices within an SAP S/4 HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Conduct gap analyses and align system designs with global templates.
• Configure SAP modules, primarily Production Planning (PP) and Inventory/Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM), with secondary support for Quality Management (QM).
• Analyze and execute integrations with legacy systems, third-party software, and non-SAP systems.
• Lead and support testing phases, including SIT, INT, RGR, and E2E testing cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SAP ECC experience, with 3+ years in S/4 HANA.
• Experience in Pick-to-Fill, Plan-to-Produce, and Demand-to-Supply business processes.
• Background in controlled manufacturing environments, such as pharma or discrete manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
